If you don’t know everything…
You CAN see without your glasses. According to MinutePhysics, all you need to do is make a pinhole with your hand, which will help you focus the light coming into your retina. Sure, it won’t give you 20/20 vision, but it’s a good start if you’ve left your glasses at home.
The bouncing cranberry test. The way to tell if your cranberries are super fresh is to drop one on the floor from a bit of a height. If it’s fresh it will bounce.
And the winner is… California has a population of almost 40 million people — more than all of Canada, which has almost 38 million.
The better to see you with. Ostrich eyes are the largest of any animal that lives on land (though they can’t rival some of the massive creatures that inhabit the depths of the sea). Approximately the size of a billiard ball, their eyes are actually bigger than their brains.
